bdt78's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
We believe entertainment should always be enjoyed safely and mindfully. For players 21+ only — set your limits, stay aware.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online betting and casino gaming is a form of entertainment — but it is not equally suitable for everyone. At bdt78, we place the protection of every player as our highest priority. Responsible gaming means not only managing your money wisely, but also ensuring your mental and family wellbeing.
Before playing on our platform, ask yourself: are you playing for entertainment, or in hopes of recovering money you have lost? The first condition of responsible gaming is knowing your limits and making decisions accordingly.
bdt78 always wants your experience to remain enjoyable. That is why we offer various self-control tools, deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion options — so you can stay in control at all times.
Our Protection Tools
To ensure responsible gaming at bdt78, we provide the following protective features. Every tool is built in your interest.
Set Deposit Limits
Keep your spending under control by setting daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately — increasing a limit takes time to apply, but reducing it applies instantly.
Self-Exclusion Feature
If you feel that gaming is getting out of control, you can temporarily or permanently close your account for a set period. Having the courage to make this decision is a mark of true responsibility.
Time-Out (Cool-off)
If you feel you need a break for a few days, activate a time-out from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period no betting or casino activity can be carried out on your account.
Age Verification
Every user's age is strictly verified at the time of registration. Those under 21 are not permitted access to the platform under any circumstances. This is the core step we take to ensure a safe environment.
Reality Check Reminder
At set intervals you will be notified of how long you have been playing. This reminder helps you keep track of time and take a break when needed.
24/7 Bangla Support
If you feel gaming is becoming a problem, let our live chat team know directly. Our support team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, Bangladesh Standard Time.
Warning Signs of Problem Gaming
If you notice any of the following signs in yourself, you should seek help promptly. Responsible gaming means having the courage to recognise a problem.
Placing repeated bets in hopes of recovering lost money
Lying to family or friends about your gaming
Feeling restless or anxious when you stop betting
Using money meant for daily necessities on betting
Neglecting work, studies or relationships to focus on gaming
Betting with borrowed money or taking on debt to bet
Wanting to stop but being unable to control yourself
Feeling upset or dejected after a betting loss

bdt78's Responsible Gaming Policy
A Fair and Transparent Environment
All games on our platform are run fairly and transparently. We carry out regular audits to ensure fair play.
Data Protection and Privacy
Your personal and financial information is kept fully secure through SSL encryption technology. Your privacy is essential to us.
Minor Protection
Through a strict age verification process we ensure that no one under the age of 21 can access our platform.
Player Welfare First
Your health and wellbeing always come before business interests for us. If we notice any suspicious activity we will reach out proactively.
The Golden Rules of Responsible Gaming
Play for entertainment only. Do not think of betting as a source of income. Losing is normal — the outcome of every game is entirely random.
Set your budget in advance. Before each session decide how much you are willing to spend and stay within that limit.
Do not bet on impulse. Avoid large bets when you are angry, frustrated or excited. Make decisions with a clear head.
Take regular breaks. Do not play for long stretches at a time. Take a break at least once every hour and turn your attention to other activities.
Do not play under the influence of alcohol or substances. Impaired judgment increases the chance of poor decisions — play when you are sober and clear-headed.
Do not bet more after a loss. Chasing losses by betting more is the most dangerous habit — always avoid it.
Enjoy Entertainment Safely
Play responsibly and enjoy all games at bdt78. Visit the FAQ to learn more or get in touch with our support team.
Assess Yourself
Ask yourself the following questions honestly. This is not a test — it is an opportunity to become aware of your own gaming habits.
Did your betting spending exceed your budget last month?
Are you spending less time with family in order to spend more time betting?
Do you become restless or angry when you lose?
Do you see betting as a solution to financial problems?
If the answer to any of these is "yes" — please speak with us directly. Our support team will help you take the right steps and assist you in activating self-exclusion if needed. Remember, asking for help is not a sign of weakness — it is a sign of true strength.
